In essence, you enjoy a deeper penetration of heat for much longer in an infrared sauna than in a traditional sauna. The heat from an infrared sauna is simply more body-friendly. Perfect for you if the heat from a traditional sauna is just too much.

The best part is that infrared saunas do not have any negative health effects. It’s all benefits for you. None of the fallout, all of the fall in. Think about the ultimate sauna experience in terms of benefits plus no risk of adverse effects. This is it.
