Steve has been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years and is a valuable member of Change Your Pace in Arnold, Maryland. He is passionate about using massage and manual therapy techniques to help patients recover faster and reach their peak performance potential, as well as help patients de-stress and relax.
Steve received 1,000 hours of training at Advanced Massage School with AACC in Arnold. After graduating and receiving his license, he took a position with a Chiropractor’s office for a few years and then transferred over to a full-service day spa. Since then, Steve has advanced his skills through continuing education courses and has received certification in Manual Lymphatic drainage, Trigger Point Release, and Cupping. Steve is also skilled at providing deep tissue and Swedish techniques, neuromuscular therapy, assisted stretching, and sports massage, for pain relief and to help sore muscles recover faster.
When he is not working you will find Steve hiking on the trails, paddle boarding up the river or in the local paint shop, painting miniatures. He also enjoys table top games and spending time with family and friends.

Zoey Dietz, Licensed Acupuncturist, graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2021 with her Master’s degree in Acupuncture. Prior to her acupuncture education, she received her undergraduate degree in Dietetics and worked as a nutritionist and health coach. Zoey was drawn to acupuncture as a healing system based in the cycles and rhythms of nature and the interconnection of body-mind-spirit. Dr. Sara recently completed her Doctorate at Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, California, where she earned her Masters degree many years ago.
